Resetting your OneLogin Password

In the event you have either forgot your password or simply want to change it to something different as a preference, OneLogin allows you to do this on your own without the need to reach out for IT to help. Here's how:

If you've forgotten your password...

  1. Navigate to https://thinkific.onelogin.com/ and select the Forgot Password option (at the bottom).

  1. Enter your email as your Username and a link to reset it will be sent to your email address.

  1. Follow the instructions sent to your Thinkific email to complete the new password process.

Note: Please ensure you re-save or update the credentials you have saved with your new password.

If you want to change your password...

  1. Log in to application portal at https://thinkific.onelogin.com/ .

  2. At the top right corner, click on your name and then Profile.

  1. Select the "Change Password" tab and you should be prompted to input your current password and your new password.

  1. Click "Update Password" Highlighted in yellow at the bottom!

Note: Changing your password requires you to have access to your MFA app to complete the process.

You must have Author or Collection Owner permission to create Guru Cards. Contact your team's Guru admins to use this template.
